Need to return or exchange an item? Send your item back within 30 days, send us a quick note letting us know the problems and we can provide you with store credit in the value of the product that you're sending back, exchange it for another item, or issue a refund. Once received, we'll hustle to get your request processed.

When packaging your order back up please include a note in the package with the following information:

• Your order number
• Your name
• Shipping address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Reason for exchange/return

Please note: Customers are responsible for their own return shipping fees (this includes the additional shipping fees when applicable during exchanges).
